Offers for Year 7 at OLMC Heidelberg are made in the students' Grade 5 year, after the application closing date in August.

Applications for Year 7 2027 close Friday 15 August 2025. Offers for Year 7 2027 will be sent out in October 2025.

How to Apply
Step 1
Apply online
Complete our online application form, including a non-refundable application fee, and provide the required documents, including the student's birth certificate, immunisation history, parent identification and other supporting material.

Applications are processed
Applications are processed by our Enrolments Team. We may be in contact with you to request more information or supporting material.
Step 3
Family Interview
We will contact you to set up an informal family interview. The interview provides families with an opportunity to find out more about starting at OLMC Heidelberg.
Step 4
Offer
A formal letter of offer (or non-offer) is sent to families. Applicants must return their Enrolment Agreement along with a non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation Fee by the given date to confirm their enrolment.
