As we begin this new year together,
may we open our hearts to Your love.
Give us the courage to embrace new challenges,
the wisdom to lead with compassion,
and the strength to serve with love.
Help us to live out our calling with faith,
walking with each other, our families and staff,
knowing that You are with us each step of the way.
Amen.
